Pitch Your Porch!
This is our first annual Pitch Your Porch Competition. As an organization we wanted to create an initiative to assist business owners in Morris County. Pitch Your Porch is an opportunity for all current local business owners to pitch their "front porches" of their businesses on ideas of how they would renovate their "porch". This allows community businesses in Morris County to create a positive visual impact as well as compliment community development efforts.
What is Pitch Your Porch?

Business must be a For-Profit business.

All businesses must be current on both County and State Tax liabilities and currently open to the public to participate.

All improvements must meet local, state, and federal codes.

Funds will NOT be deposited into businesses accounts. The businesses must send invoices to the GMDC Director to be paid.

Businesses can utilize as many vendors as they like as long as they stay within the $3,000 awarded.

Businesses will have up to 1 year from the competition to use the awarded funds.

All improvements must be visible from street view.
